Returns for online customers

We happily accept returns on your items! Everything must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Once you initiate a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a returns processing fee of $8.00 per return order and we do not refund any original shipping fees.

All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package.

Items that are purchased on sale are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues. 

Bundle & Save items are not deemed 'on sale' and can be returned or exchanged.

We can only process a refund back to the original payment method. We do not refund any original shipping fees.

Do I have to pay for a return or exchange shipping label?

We unfortunately cannot refund any shipping fees from the United States. However, if you are exchanging your item, we will waive outbound shipping fees for your new product.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping costs from when you placed your order.

What is your returns processing fee?

The returns processing fee helps to cover in part the cost of the shipping label that we provide to send your order back to our receiving team.

Orders returned for a refund will incur the returns processing fee -- exchanges & orders returned for store credit do not.

Returns from the U.S. will not incur a returns processing fee as we cannot provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Can I use my own label to process a return?

The returns processing fee helps to cover in part the cost of the shipping label that we provide to send your order back to our receiving team.

How do I start a return or exchange?

If I return an order that had a discount code applied, will that discount code be available again for a new purchase?
Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.
Shipping policy
Online customer orders of $100 or more before taxes and discounts will ship free of charge to addresses in Canada and the U.S. Some exceptions apply.

Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.

Can I change/edit/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are able to make changes within the first 2-3 days (or until the order is fulfilled by our team). Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.

This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.

How do I care for my swimwear?

Our swimwear is made of soft, lightweight spandex and polyester combo. It will not fade with chlorine. 

To care for your swimwear and ensure longevity, please hand wash cold and lay flat to dry in shade.

Is there anywhere I can try on your swimwear?

Our online store is currently the only place to buy Bathing Boomers Swimwear. We will occasionally host Pop-Up shops within Ontario. In order to know when and where you can stay up to date through our email subscription and social media pages!
