Free shipping on all orders CAD $100 and up or standard flat rate shipping for CAD $15.

We ask for 1-5 business days to fulfill packages. Typically, we aim to fulfill all packages within 2-3 business days.

Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 1-14 business days for delivery. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays.

We currently only ship within North America.

We happily accept returns on your Bathing Boomers items! Everything must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. Any product marked on sale, is final sale. Read our FAQs for more information.

We can only process a refund back to the original payment method. We do not refund any original shipping fees.
